Character Information

Name: Only the canon name: if you don't know the surname, etc., don't give it.
Alias: Nicknames, codenames, etc.
Age: If you know; if you don't, have a guess.
Gender:
Species: Human, alien, animal, etc., and if a "specific" type of alien, animal, etc., say what (e.g., the Doctor is an alien, but specifically a Gallifreyan or a Time Lord).
Canon: Where they're from. You must include proof of your character's existence via a link in this place, too. (It can be a link to a Wikipedia article.)

Personality: A minimum of a paragraph.
History: As much canon history as we know.

Abilities: Any canon abilities? It can be anything from super powers to being good at cooking or the guitar.
Personal Items: Any items that they have or had on them at time of being "transported" to Pandemonium.
Relationships: Any relationships (friends, enemies, lovers, etc.) with other characters from this character's canon that are noteable enough to be put down.
Other: Anything else that you'd like to say.
