The Halloween Festival!
From 24/10/08 to 31/10/08, the city of Pandemonium will be celebrating Halloween to its fullest! Expect updates as they come.
In the city of Pandemonium, there is more than meets the eye. To the outsider, it appears to be a blissful city, protected by the coast to the east and the mountain range to the west. To the north and the south are the roads in – and, apparently, out – of the town. In its content, there are more than enough places for old residents and new arrivals to work, hang out, shop, live, and go about their everyday life.

the CITY.
LOCATION.
Pandemonium does not have a geographical location on Earth, as it exists beyond the mortal plane of existence. However, it has good weather, especially during summer, but it has been known to snow during the depths of winter. It is located between a mountain, to the west, and a beach, to the east.
FEATURES.
As a large city, Pandemonium has a variety of features and locations. Along with Bedlam Hospital, Pandemonium has a large shopping mall in the city centre, as well as a coliseum where employees of fast food chain companies have frequent and regular fights. There are various housing locations, a beautiful, sandy beach, and theatres, museums, galleries, sport centres, and other places of specialised interest throughout the city.
CITIZENS.
The people of Pandemonium are well-adjusted despite the unnatural happenings of their city. One might think that they're completely unaware of what happens, but most of them have some sort of knowledge, particularly the hospital staff. However, many of them choose to treat it as Somebody Else's Problem, and don't really pay attention to the attacks of the monsters or the arrival of strange people.
